Cordially Invited aims to shine a spotlight artists working at progressive art studios, and the efforts of these studios to disrupt ableism, advance full inclusion, and first-and-foremost to ensure that their artists’ perspectives are centered and their original art is advanced and can be experienced by all. Participating artists this year come from over 20 diverse studios located as close as DC and as far away as Japan.

CLOSING WORKSHOP
As we wrap up this year's Cordially Invited exhibition, we want YOU to be a part of the show! Well, at least briefly...
In this free closing workshop, inclusive and suitable for all ages and abilities, participants will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in this year's gallery display.
You'll be invited to select your favorite piece(s), create mixed media response artwork in the good company of other participants and Make Studio artists, and add your piece to the show before taking it home with you.
This event is the public's last chance to see CI-6 in-person, as well as an opportunity to learn about being an artist with a progressive art studio, like Make Studio and the others featured in the exhibition.
Please bring your creativity and your questions about our program!
RSVPs not required, but are appreciated!
All materials will be provided, and light refreshments will be available. Parking is available across the street from Make Studio and in our side parking pad. Please let us know any particular accessibility needs that we can plan ahead for.
