David joined Make Studio in January 2015, but has been making art ever since he was 9. He was inspired to create art from the many cartoons he watched and the many comics he read. He believes it takes lots of practice to create any sort of art. When coming up with a new piece, David takes a lot of time to think before starting anything. Having a very active imagination, David sources a lot of his imagery from his own thoughts and imaginings. He has worked in many two-dimensional mediums including pencil, colored pencil, watercolor, and acrylic. While at Make Studio, David wants to become more comfortable with producing artwork. In his free time, he enjoys drawing, playing videogames, and cooking, especially salmon and steak. David is a graduate of REACH! Partnership.
